Not AI. A tool built by humans for humans who have been playing fantasy for 25 years. (Priest Holmes won me a title!)

I’m looking for 5 fantasy football commissioners to walk through a new dues + payout tracker before football season. Not selling anything, I just want honest feedback from people who actually run paid leagues. Would you be open to taking a quick look?

Fantasy Sport Commissioners wanted — Fantasy league dues + payout tool

I’m looking for a small group of fantasy football commissioners to help test a rebuilt version of Leagueswype ahead of the season.

The focus is on private leagues where the commissioner handles the money side, including:

  • collecting dues
  • tracking who paid
  • managing expenses
  • setting payouts
  • sharing league money reports
  • chasing unpaid members without messy group chat follow-ups

What I’m looking for:

  • commissioners running active fantasy football leagues
  • leagues with buy-ins, payouts, or league expenses
  • willingness to test mobile + desktop workflows
  • honest feedback on usability, setup, and whether this actually fits your process

Current testing focus:

  • league setup
  • member/payment tracking
  • dues reminders
  • expense tracking
  • payout setup
  • shareable league money report

This does not hold league funds or replace Venmo/Cash App/Zelle. The commissioner stays in control of the money. The goal is to make the admin side cleaner and more transparent.

If interested, comment or DM with:

  • league type
  • current platform
  • buy-in amount
  • number of seasons running
  • biggest dues/payout pain point today

Fantasy commissioners — how are you handling dues, expenses, and payouts?

I’m rebuilding a tool called Leagueswype for private fantasy leagues, and I’m looking for feedback from commissioners before I take it too far.

The idea is pretty simple: help commissioners track who paid, manage league expenses, set payouts, and generate a clean money report they can share with the league.

Not trying to replace Venmo/Cash App/Zelle or hold the funds. The commissioner still controls the money. This is more about making the admin side cleaner and reducing the awkward “who still owes?” follow-ups.

For those of you who run leagues:

  • How do you currently track dues?
  • Do you share any kind of money report with your league?
  • What’s the most annoying part of collecting dues or managing payouts?
  • Would a tool like this actually help, or is a spreadsheet/group chat good enough?

I’m especially interested in feedback from commissioners running long-term home leagues, dynasty leagues, or multiple leagues.

Do your friends also rewrite history after every playoff game?

My friends constantly make sports predictions and then conveniently forget the bad ones after the games end.

So during March Madness my buddies and I built a small app where you can:

  • make a take
  • challenge a friend
  • attach stakes (beer, lunch, bragging rights, etc.)
  • and get permanent receipts after the result

Post game receipt

We’re testing it now during NBA playoffs and honestly the funniest part is watching people defend terrible predictions SMDH

I’m trying to figure out:

  • whether this is actually useful beyond my friend group
  • and whether sports fans would move this behavior out of group chats into a dedicated app

Honestly, would you actually move this out of your group chat and into a separate app? Or is the group chat already good enough?
