Hiya! how do you use Runes in Mist World? New to the game and bought one of those starter bundles and got lots of stuff but not sure how it all works yet. Also don't knowwhat gold coins areused for?

Sad to say I'm disappointed in Headspace lately. Seems to be very buggy, accessibility is going down hill and when I e-mailed them about it I just get replies from a bot. Gives a very distant impression and as if they just can't be bothered. Such a shame as the app used to be so good.
I mean I still find the meditations really helpful but the app itself seems to be getting worse and worse.

I used to be very skinny when I was younger but was absolutely delighted I grew up to be a bit chubby, hairy and bearded, as those are all things I think are really beautiful.So I'm a bear, hence my name on here. And I think bears are the most beautiful kind of men.

For me it was probably 15 years ago or so. When reading about it it just felt like it made a lot of sense. and I guess I thought maybe I'm not as odd as I feel sometimes then haha.
What's something you've found/discovered is vegan that surprised you lately? Always fun to try new things and thought this could be a good place to hear about some of them maybe.
