How can I help these peonies? They were my dads & I’ve never done anything with them. My mom will move them in a few months when it’s appropriate, but what can I do now & what’s wrong with them?

Did I plant this Hydrangea correctly? I decided to plant a few flowers & im not experienced at all. I am adding mulch around it.

Is this several rows planted? Can Supertunias be planted with a lime punch Hydrangea?

I want to plant Hydrangeas here. I know they can get big. Will one be enough, or should I plant 2 . Maybe add a Hosta if I plant 1?

I was quoted $700 plus dollars to mulch & plant rose bushes. I think this is expensive. Flower bed isn’t overgrown with weeds. What should this job cost?
