Collecting door codes for deliveries

How are you collecting door codes for deliveries? I live in an apartment building and commonly rely on providing carriers with a key code to access the building for deliveries. Is there a streamlined way to do this on Shopify? I can think of a few different ways to simply collect the actual code, but then sharing such with a carrier is beyond me.

BFS: Logo upload

We're working through our BFS review rejections and there's one note that I'm not perfectly clear on. Here's what the tester said:

Files cannot be uploaded for the Logo

Does this mean that we are not allowed to upload a file for a logo or that the tester is unable to upload a logo? We have the option for stores where we are unable to retrieve a logo via API.

The tester references 4.1.1 Follow UX best practices which doesn't say anything about uploading files (and is UX-specific) so I'm guessing the tester is encountering a problem in their upload. Does this track for anyone else?

Tips for getting reviews from longstanding users

I'm finally in a place to focus on growing my primary app and want to bulk up my reviews. We have some stores that have been using the app for years and I can see from their metrics that the app drives significant value for them. I want to get reviews from as many of these long-time users as possible. I've tried cold contacting but it doesn't have a high success rate.

Does anyone have some tips on how to collect reviews from such users?

Passing through/by Duchesne with a truck?

I need a dresser picked up in Duchesne and brought to Salt Lake City. Any chance this is on someone's regular route? I only have an SUV and I'd hate to make the drive only to learn it won't fit.

Stock libraries have been lost

I’ve been around and around with support on this and am hoping someone here can be of help. Long story short, all of my libraries on Stock have disappeared and I need to get them back. I’m missing years of collecting content for my client projects. My plan is all messed up but I need to get my libraries back first.

I’m a Creative Cloud Pro user with a Stock plan. I had some questions about my Stock plan and an Adobe support agent recommended I change to a Teams plan so I could get unlimited stock. This seemed like the right choice so I made the switch and migrated my libraries to the Teams account. Well, it turned out that this was not the right plan for me because I need extended licensing which is not part of the unlimited stock credits.

I switched back to a personal plan, losing my libraries and my credits.

Does anyone have any suggestions on who to contact for this? I’ve tried multiple times and it seem like I’m just getting routed to a salesperson and it feels like they just want me to change my plan for a commission.

Merchant referrals from existing users

Does anyone have a success story (or failure) for getting referrals from existing users? I've had an app that I've just let grow organically the last few years and I'm finally ready to drive marketing to pick up the pace. I'm hoping to find some low hanging fruit with referrals.

I'm planning on testing a "give x, get x" concept to see if I can move the needle. I'm curious if anyone has had success with this format. I'll be cold contacting our established users to make the request and then probably placing a promo card in the app for new users as well.
