Anytime I touch the velocity one as the input. The game locks the fps. If I touch the mouse or keyboard it unlocks the FPS. This has been a known issue with past Forza games. Wondering if there are any plans on a new driver release for FH6 compatibility with RMD support aswell?
Not much to say other than that really. When it initially dropped, my friend and I tried to play, and it was ROUGH.
Today tho, I logged on alone and did some hauling missions in my corsair. I avoided the ironclads because of the bugs around them, so that definitely helped.
I did various hauling missions and messed around with the pitbull. Also went through jump points with no issues.
For some reason my game ran better than it ever has. Like 60+fps even in NB and on Hurston, and well over 100 in space and on moons. Typically in cities I'm playing star slide show, so this was very surprising.
Specs are a 2080, 7600x and 32GB 6000MHZ if anyone cares.
Obviously crunch is bad and I feel sorry for the devs having to work long hours to get the patch out, but it's in a better state than I expected. If you just go by what people are saying online, you'd expect the servers to be on fire.
You'd think they would release the patch, maybe hotfix it a few times and THEN start the giant events and free flies, but they seem hell bent on pushing a brand new patch out and then hitting the servers as hard as possible every time. Canceling the free fly was a good move tho. It just shouldn't have been necessary.

I wish there was more sounds telling you that you're getting shot. Like, I'll often die without even knowing I was being shot at. Idk if it's just me being stupid or if there is sometimes zero audio when you get shot.
Also, footsteps from enemies are sometimes impossible to hear. I know it's not CS or anything where that really matters, but so many times someone is full sprint behind me with a gravity hammer and I hear nothing lmao
