Just noticed this customer match option in my client accounts this morning, although it could have been here for a while.
Looking for feedback for those of you who have knowingly turned this on to see if you've had an increase in quality and/or matching to your uploaded customer lists, or if this is effectively optimized targeting for customer lists.

Looking for everyone's opinions on how they charge clients for managing Google Local Services ads at an agency level.
We currently have a program that responds to message leads and missed phone call leads, utilizes and automatically submits the lead feedback form, and books and archives high and low quality leads, in addition to the standard ad schedule and minor optimizations on the campaign itself.
Previously we haven't charged clients for the service and it's a pretty large gap in our billables. With the upcoming migration and the likelihood of additional hours needed to manage within the Google Ads platform, it seems like the best time to start to charge at least a small fee to our clients for this service.
Thoughts appreciated!
