When someone overestimates themselves
Kernel Panic after BDJB
I have a PS5 Slim Disc Edition on firmware 11.60. I used Y2JB + P2JB to unpatch BD-JB and then used a Blu-ray disc to perform the jailbreak. Everything was working perfectly, and I was able to play Pragmata without any issues yesterday.
Today, after performing the jailbreak and launching the game, the console ran for a few minutes and then experienced a kernel panic (KP). At first, I assumed it was a one-time occurrence, so I redid the entire jailbreak process. However, the problem continued, and now the console will kernel panic even if it is left sitting on the home screen for a few minutes after the jailbreak.
I am using the exact same payloads and setup that were working previously. I also tried rolling back to kstuff lite 1.05 and ShadowMount Plus Test11 build, but the issue still persists.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue on a PS5 Slim Disc Edition running 11.60? Any help with diagnosing or resolving these repeated kernel panics would be greatly appreciated.
My 4-month internship ended today, and I’m feeling weirdly numb. This was an off-campus opportunity at a startup in Delhi. When I applied, I had zero expectations I just wanted interview experience. Somehow, I ended up getting interviewed directly by the founders. I wasn’t even prepared, but I gave it my best shot. That same night, I got the offer. I still remember how surreal that felt.
Over the next 4 months, I worked closely with one of the founders, who became my mentor. Honestly, one of the most chill and supportive people I’ve met. Super understanding, always available, and genuinely cared about my growth. We had regular check-ins twice a week, and that routine kind of became a part of my life. The internship was supposed to be 3 months, but they extended it by another month—which felt great at the time.
Fast forward to today: project done, internship over, no more weekly calls. And now it just feels… empty.
No deadlines, no feedback loops, no “what’s next this week?” just silence. It’s strange how quickly something becomes part of your life and then suddenly disappears.
They even offered to help me explore other opportunities and connect me with people, which I’m really grateful for. There were other roles open too, but I didn’t feel confident going for them (especially full-stack I’m more into ML/data science and backend stuff).
Right now, I’m just trying to figure out what’s next. Probably going to focus on building projects and preparing for placements.
Just wanted to put this out there. Didn’t expect the end of an internship to hit like this.
Note: Used AI for formating and cleaning up.
TL;DR:
Started a 4-month startup internship with zero expectations, ended up loving the experience and my mentor. Now that it’s over, I feel weirdly empty and unsure what to do next.
