After taking a look at a Sienna in person, one thing I immediately thought about the interior is that the glossy finish on the console bridge looks like a fingerprint and scuff magnet. Just curious how everyone’s finish is holding up over time.

As far as Aerosmith music goes, they performed Livin’ On The Edge, Bright Light Fright, Walk This Way, and Train Kept A-Rollin’ (and Ronnie Wood from the Stones joined for Train!). They also performed their cover of Johnny Thunders’ You Can’t Put Your Arms Around A Memory, on which Joe sings lead.
I’m hoping they’ll bring their show stateside! I’d love a chance to see them, and to hear a couple Aerosmith tunes live again!
I was watching this compilation of ”poorly aged 90s commercials” and was surprised to see Steven and Joe! The full commercial they appear in starts at 5:18. Steven and Joe are onscreen at 6:08.
Anyone have any clue where they recorded this? Looks like car dealership pennant banners behind them. 😆
Some added context, according to a comment on the video by user WPack911: It was not really an Ad exactly, I did some research and it was an invite tape that was sent out to people invited to his Birthday Party in 98' (which was leaked at the time by the tabloid newspaper Page Six, which I assume included everybody in said video and a whole lot more.

While answering the question about why Yes ft. ARW never put out any studio material, Rick mentioned that he and Trevor have been in talks to make an acoustic album next year!
Sounds like it’s in the pretty early stages right now, but I’m certainly interested to hear what they would do together!

After the re-theming of the Rock N Roller Coaster in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, one of the songs that now plays on the ride is Love Rollercoaster, originally by Dayton’s own Ohio Players!
Now, the version that plays on the ride is actually performed by Electric Mayhem (the in-universe Muppets band) featuring Jennifer Hudson and Questlove. But still, the song was written by a legendary Dayton group!
Personally, I’m still mourning the loss of the Aerosmith theming. It was so cool to have a whole rollercoaster themed after my all-time favorite band. But this is a cool little detail that makes the retheme a bit more bearable… 😛
Hi all! I recently shared my recordings of the instrumental versions of the One More Time tracks that are found on the B-side of the cassette version. As mentioned in that original post, I did re-record the tracks, this time with the audio coming out of my stereo receiver instead of directly from my cassette deck. The main benefit of this is that I was able to dial in the volume prior to making the recording. The audio coming out of the cassette deck directly was pretty loud. These updated recordings are more in line, volume-wise, with the original EP, so they fit together nicely in a playlist, should you like to have the original tracks and instrumentals all in one place.
But if you prefer the first version, that's still available in the folder! And as an added bonus, I also included the four Joe Perry commentary tracks that were briefly available with the digital download version of the album from Aerosmith's site. Hope everyone enjoys!

Hello everyone! I have this current Joy-Con 2 build. I was thinking of opening them back up to make the bumpers white. And then I started thinking it would be cool to make the rails white. But I would have to buy a whole shell just for the rail.
Does anyone happen to have white rails they’re not using and would be willing to sell for a few bucks?

I found some Joy-Con 2 for $50 on Marketplace and am considering doing another shell swap. I like the ExtremeRate shells that I used the first time I did it, but I kinda wish they had more color options.
The only other place I can find to buy shells from is a site called Lestatsmods, where they UV print designs onto shells. They look good, but I don’t know much about UV printing. What’s the longevity like?
I’d like to consider other colors and options, but I just can’t find any others. Anyone know anywhere else I can find replacement shells?

I think I want to redo the recording eventually, because this one seems a bit loud. I recorded straight out of the cassette deck, so there was no volume control on there. I think it would be better if I recorded from my receiver, and that way I could dial in the volume to be a bit more in line with the actual album, and all of the sound waves wouldn't be peaking all the time! 😆 But I don't think what I've got sounds too bad, so I'm putting it out there for now! Enjoy!
Found this shoved in another record jacket while digging at an estate sale a few weeks ago. Never heard of em, but holy hell did I strike gold! Still in original shrink wrap too! Really cool early San Fran psych. Reminds me of Grateful Dead , just with a bit more grit.
