I found some Joy-Con 2 for $50 on Marketplace and am considering doing another shell swap. I like the ExtremeRate shells that I used the first time I did it, but I kinda wish they had more color options.

The only other place I can find to buy shells from is a site called Lestatsmods, where they UV print designs onto shells. They look good, but I don’t know much about UV printing. What’s the longevity like?

I’d like to consider other colors and options, but I just can’t find any others. Anyone know anywhere else I can find replacement shells?

I think I want to redo the recording eventually, because this one seems a bit loud. I recorded straight out of the cassette deck, so there was no volume control on there. I think it would be better if I recorded from my receiver, and that way I could dial in the volume to be a bit more in line with the actual album, and all of the sound waves wouldn't be peaking all the time! 😆 But I don't think what I've got sounds too bad, so I'm putting it out there for now! Enjoy!
