Sliding doors not flush after new build install. Is there a way to fix?

Stucco
Painters didn’t stucco the rest of the wall that is not visible. Is this normal? Should they have not stuccoed the whole wall? They did it to the front and back of house. Do I need to talk to builder?Thanks.
