There are almost two parallel hot sauce worlds

I bought 10 hot sauces about 5 years ago and absolutely loved the concept. Fried chicken with a variety of hot sauces to dab them in is one of my favorite festive meals.

What I love about the hot sauce world is how many amazing products there are out there. Really well crafted hot sauces with amazing flavor combinations made by people that love hot sauce.

What don’t like is how many gimmicky hot sauces there are flooding the market. Tons of ”funny” names and just mediocre content. And looking at the bottles it’s mostly just the same hot pepper pulp, sugar, salt and vinegar.

I’m no expert, om just an entusiast. And I can’t really find a good way to know on forehand if something is well crafted or just a gimmick. Following the heat level doesn’t mean anything. Elijah's Xtreme is very hot and delicious. Da Bomb (their new ”all natural” recipe too) is very hot and tastes like shit.

Do you have any tips on how to better find the good stuff? Are there brands that always make good products? Are there ingredients to look for to give me a hint?

Are super tiny LLMs any good?

If you’re not coding, not asking complex logical questions, but still want a model that isn’t completely stupid for casual conversations, are there any super tiny models out there that do an ok job? Which ones, and what makes them good, how were they trained and weighted that made them better than other tiny models?

Without joking around, what point are ”sovereign citizens” trying to make?

I’ve seen the clips of people speeding or driving without a drivers license, I’ve seen the court proceedings where they talk about ”not the person, the individual” or whatever they’re saying. And most comments about it are people poking fun at them snd explaining it with ”they’re just idiots”. So if for a moment you could put ”they’re idiots” aside, could you please explain what these people believe, how they live and what they want?

What do you do at church?

If you live in or grew up in a community where the church was a central part of your life, where Sundays were all about going to church, what did you do there? Could you talk a little bit about a typical Sunday?
