Does anyone else, especially fellow men, often feel like people push you around, tease, and insult you easier than others of similar size and looks but who don’t have some sort of apparent mental health or emotional issue? I’ve always thought about intense moments I’ve had with others and how people feel no hesitation to rip into me as far as they choose, especially times when it was individuals a fair amount younger than me.
Of course, cops typically need a warrant, exigent circumstances, or something displayed in plain view in order to search private property. If cops suspect someone has something illicit in their backyard but cannot prove it, would they be able to do something like fly a drone over the property or ask a neighbor to observe the property from theirs?
I was talking to another white guy recently about how us white people can often detect if another white person in an undercover cop or not fairly easily, but a black undercover cop can be harder to establish. Black people, what signs do you see and start to believe a fellow black person is an undercover?
If someone is having some form of issue with an LE agency, one which holds overlapping jurisdiction as yours, and is in a situation where there really isn’t proper cause to seek legal counsel, since maybe an attorney wouldn’t be able to do much more than give general pointers, and there’s no call for a lawsuit or other form of legal action, are your guys open to conversing with the public about concerns and seeking a resolution? Of course a fear in going directly to the one responsible is getting the classic “we investigated ourselves and found nothing wrong”. Is this something you guys are open to doing and sometimes do, or is your general mantra that if another agency is doing something that doesn’t involve you, then why stick your nose in it?
Does anyone have much experience with this stuff? I tested it and the amount of heat needed to solidify it would damage the cable I am trying to attach. Is it possible to use a little directly on socket and let it dry?
In your experience, what is the course of action and outcome when crucial evidence is disposed of in a way where LE knows what said evidence was and who the person in question is? Does it mean anything to testify in court and say, “We know Billy possessed a firearm relevant to our investigation and an officer collected video evidence of him ditching it in a dumpster the other night. Sadly, it was garbage day that morning and there’s no getting it back.” Or, “We’ve been after Billy for dealing cocaine and we witnessed him dump a package off the bridge last night, but there’s no getting it back.”
