I want to buy FPV drone, is it legal to fly here in dammam? Please give all information regarding this

Edit: done is around 65 grams and only 75mm in size

Edit 2: did my research and fount that GACA requires licenses for drone ONLY above 250 grams, below that is considered a toy so no license.
