Nordictrack T 5

I don't understand why so much negativity around nordictrack treadmills. I just bought series T 5 from Kohl's. It cost me a around total including taxes $390 after kohl's cash. I assembled it and found it was built in 6/2024 and the belt was kind of Lil curved around the edges. I called nordictrack and they send me the new belt and installer will be coming to install it. I really like the the treadmill since it has nice cushioning and 18/55 inch belt. It's very compact. BTW I sold 4 month old sunny fit treadmill because it made my knees hurt. Previous treadmill lasted more than 25 years and was still working fine but just wanted to replace it with newer one.

Hello everyone.. Looking at two different Sunny Fit treadmills. Listing says they both have cushioning support. Does anyone here has either of those two? I just want to know how's their build quality and cushioning support.

Living on dividend income

Hello everyone. I am 55 and looking to retire within one year. I don't have any retirement accounts or pension. Me and my wife upcoming combined social security is around only $1500 as of today. I can sell my business and my house will be paid off and will have 1.3 mill in taxable account. I am mostly invested in income Etfs like SPYI QQQI GPIQ GPIX RDVI OVL OMAH MLPI IYRI IWMI and some in SPYM QQQM. I also have some CEFS PBDC PTY ARCC GUT CSWC.

My question is that is this the best way to have monthly income to survive. I worked over 35 years non stop... pretty much 7 days a week. I mostly owned one small business. I live in Florida. I know I have to keep my income at certain level to qualify for obamacare subsidies.
