SC Kansas Creek catch on a 106 degree day
Caught on my Grandpa's creek in a small pool. Not a tank by any means, but anything over 2 pounds in this area is enough to make me happy.

I bought my first boat this weekend. It has a Johnson J40TTLETB 40HP electric start/tilt/trim with a keyed ignition. It won't start unless I physically press the neutral safety switch under the shifter, pressing the switch acts as the start button and it fires right up.
The weirdest issue is it only runs about half power and lower RPM, but if I press this button next to the shifter lever it picks up full power and RPM for a couple seconds and then goes back to lugging. I also don't know why this four pin is unplugged. If anyone knows where I could buy a wiring diagram for this engine, that'd be great too.
I bought this Starcraft Seafarer yesterday and need to get it registered. Previous owner had current KS registration through 2028, I'm also registering in KS. Previous owner claimed it is a 1968, I just want to double check before I submit anything to the state.
Finished some yard work for my Grandpa and figured I'd throw some top water for the evening. Ended up catching 14 largemouth, all little guys but they were hungry. Throwing a Berkley Choppo 90 for the first time, almost all the ones I caught were hitting the lure as it settled, before I even started reeling in. From about 6-8 o' clock, clear skies, 10 mph breeze and 70 degrees. South Central KS.
Daiwa Regal on a Berkley Cherrywood Medium 7'0 rod and 10 pound fluorocarbon.
I need to have my very old, leaking AC Unit for my house replaced ASAP. I got two quotes from two local businesses, one of which quoted a 2.5 ton Trane, and the other a 2 ton RUUD.
I'm leaning towards the higher priced quote as their estimator seemed much more knowledgeable on replacing my ducting.
South central KS, high humidity 100+ degree summers, sub 0 degree winters. Newer windows, fairly well insulated built in 1950.
House is 1,070 sq/ft.
Master bedroom (1 register)
Living room (2 registers)
Kitchen (1 toe kick register)
Spare room (1 register)
Spare room (1 register)
Bathroom (no register but installer is adding one)
The ducting in my house is a mess, living room and one Spare room has literally no airflow, and bathroom doesn't have one, so I need it totally redone. It had the landlord special at some point. The furnace is getting very old so I decided to buy once, cry once and have it replaced as well. Just curious if these quotes seem reasonable, and if it's odd that they recommended different tonnage for the AC. And also if the extra cost is worth the larger unit and brand name.
Been dialing in a demo mix template for my band projects, wrote this little thing to reference with. Hopefully Reddit doesn't kill the audio bitrate
