What were your favorites?

I’ve been dealing with W/ Frontier for three months over equipment that I never received. I’ve been on the phone with multiple customer representatives who have promised me a refund to my bank account and given me extra credits but then have wiped them away with no clear explanation. All the time I’m still paying every month. No explanation just lies. I had to contact my bank in order to dispute the unauthorized charge.
All the customer representatives do is give me the runaround and have been lying to me. This is how they treat a 27 year customer.
