I’m looking for an alternative to FriMi for my day-to-day transactions. I’m planning to switch because the FriMi app has become incredibly buggy lately, and their customer service is terrible—getting a proper response is a struggle.

I’ve heard good things about HNB Digital and the BOC Flex app, but I don't think Commercial Bank's Q+ app has exactly what I need. I'm wondering if HNB, BOC, or any other banking apps you use have the following features.

Not all of these are mandatory, but the first one is a major dealbreaker for me:

1. Free top-ups from other banks: I need to link my main Commercial Bank debit card to the app and top up directly without transfer charges.
2. All-in-one bill payments: A central place to easily pay all utility bills, phone bills, and credit card debts.
3. Temporary card suspension: I misplace my cards a lot. I need the ability to temporarily pause my debit card inside the app, look for it, and reactivate it once I find it.
4. Phone-based transfers: The ability to send, receive, or request money from other users using just their phone numbers, with no fees.
5. Cardless ATM withdrawals: The ability to withdraw cash from ATMs using just my mobile phone without the physical card. (FriMi lets me do this at NTB ATMs, and it is a lifesaver).

Having reliable customer service is also a massive plus for me right now.

Do HNB Digital, BOC Flex, or any other apps actually support this kind of setup? Please help me out with some suggestions!
