Where to sell 128k Macintosh?

I recently had the pleasure of helping a friend restore an original 1984 128k Macintosh back to working condition. Now that it’s complete he asked me to sell it for him. I would rather not sell it on ebay because of the high fees and the risk of bad actors and scammers, so I was wondering if y’all have any advice where the best place to sell it would be? I would love to sell it on reddit if there is an appropriate sub for that. Also any advice for shipping such a large, delicate item? Thanks!

Just now I was on my bike, I was just running a quick errand. On the other side of the street I notice a bike trailer with stuff sticking out of it with the bike lying on the ground in the empty side alley of a business. I think “that’s weird” because I don’t see anyone nearby that looks like it belongs to them and homeless people know not to leave their stuff unattended like that.

But as I’m passing by I can see what looks like a person lying on the ground. Even from a glance from across the street the scene looks off, it doesn’t look like a planned situation. The bike and trailer are kind of askew and just kind of in the open in the middle of the alley, not tucked in a corner, not under the overhang of a roof just 10ft away, even though it’s been sprinkling on and off.

As I reach the corner to make a u turn I can see two different people coming from opposite directions, short cutting through the alley, right past the person. Neither of them paused or even glanced that way. I rode up to see if the person was okay, I had to fully walk around the trailer to see enough to confirm that he was asleep and hadn’t fallen or had some accident. I made sure he was breathing and let him be.

I guess I should be happy that I’m still shocked how heartless people can be. I can’t imagine having so little concern for a fellow human.
