We have no choice but to paint our wooden porch this fall and it’s already been very cold and wet

I would love any advice. Having done research it seems that despite it being an old porch, given the weather conditions are best option is for semi translucent oil or hybrid based. We were considering the Benjamin Moore Wood Luxe, but it will rain all week and I’m just worried the wood will never be dry enough to use. I found the Olympic Maximum. Is that going to be the best to use or is there anything I’m missing? Any tips for painting in cool dry weather. I’m in KINGSTON Ontario and it looks like it’s going to get down to about 2° in the evenings by next week, but we’ll still have sunny warm days. It’s going to rain most of this week.

Thank you so much. My neighbour is on a pension and I’m laid off and we both have to sell our houses and we paid someone to paint their porch three years ago and she painted it when it was too damp, but it just started peeling immediately so we need to fix this up for sure and it’s feeling irrationally daunting

What to wear for interview for a very informal small nonprofit, but for an executive role

I’m non-binary and a fab and I feel like typical suits that actually fit my body make me look feminine in a way. I’m not interested in looking. It is an executive position, but I wouldn’t be surprised if people showed up to the interview in hoodies. Probably they won’t. But they’ll be on the low end of business casual almost certainly. I don’t have the traditional experience so I feel like I do need to look like executive material. But I’m also quite a bit older than the demographic this nonprofit serves so I don’t wanna overdress. I was thinking matching slats and button-down shirt with a fitted vest. Does that work? Can I wear a vest? That’s like a suit jacket vest with the shiny stuff in the back or is that tacky?

G1 test study aids

I know there are plenty of mock tests online not, but I was wondering if there is a summary of the various offences and demerits, and also a summary of the different distances you need to know. I’m really good conceptually, but I’m struggling to feel confident the specifics of how many demerit points you use in X example or how many years your license would be suspended.

Equally, I know the principles of distances, but I’m not great at distilling the specifics of things. So turn your lights on if you can’t see more than 150 m in front of you, turn off your highbeams if a car is coming towards 150 m away, or 60 m if you’re following the car in front of you. Don’t park 3 m with enough fire hydrant, and is it top 10 m back from a school bus? See already I’m forgetting some of them.

Is it all distilled in one simple place point former in a chat? I just found it so hard to step through the narrative is written in the books in order to pull out and memorize the specific numbers.

Thank you
