Anyone ever actually speak to a Century Link customer service LOCAL US person by phone?
How did you manage that?
Everything about this company appears broken. Their Outage Portal is "experiencing technical difficulties". LOL
The ETR (Estimated Time to Resolution) was missed. No outage is listed publicly.
I only have Copper Landline with them and have since the 80's several companies ago. It has been broken 1 week now. It would be totally impossible to do something important like an 'Internet Connection' under these circumstances.

Not being a user of GPS till recently I was told the Interstate exchanges around KS city have changed significantly within the last 2 years.. SO much so that older GPS maps (mine are 2019) will get one hopelessly misdirected.
Is this even a thing? I do not live in the area but am using it as an example of the need to update auto GPS nav maps frequently.
