I don't live in the UK , but as a muslim this video is genuinely disgusting and disgraceful. Who is he to say that? Where exactly does Islam tell us to dictate what people of different cultures do? What are the main nutrients I should focus on and how much of each do I need to get for maximize my height growth potential
So Im dealing with acne and a minor fungal infection in my underarms , the dermatologist prescribed me these skin care products , that are to be applied daily . However I don’t wanna apply anything that would disrupt my hormones or anything that could negatively affect my height growth. What do y’all say ?

I just discovered chicken gizzard pack a Lotta protein and are cheaper than general chciken meat in my region. However , is it okay to eat them daily?
EDIT:- Well appreciate everyone warning me about the health risks, I won't be eating gizzards daily. However I noticed a couple of replies about them being weird , not proper food. Uh well yall gotta understand that chicken gizzards and other offal are widely eaten in many or I would say in most parts of the world , are really healthy when eaten in moderation , and to those who have developed a taste for it , it's pretty tasty too.
