Xt-6 flexibility

I just got a new pair of Salomon xt- 6 gore Tex on a beautiful safari color that I just love, coming from hokas bodi I think this are one of the most comfortable shoes I ever had, my questions is if they are a good fit to train at the gym with them regular weight lifting or even some CrossFit exercise or if anybody has take them on a mountain bike ride in flat pedals, since they have metal pins or spikes, I don’t want to take them and totally destroy them, any past experience is welcome

My new hobby started this last Friday, no regrets at all!

Just got into vinyl! Here’s my first setup. Looking for advice on what to upgrade next.

Hi everyone!
After years of only streaming music, I finally decided to get into vinyl and wanted to share my first setup.
Current gear:
Audio-Technica AT-LP120XUSB
Edifier R1700BTs powered speakers
Large wall-mounted TV in the living room
Currently shopping for an active subwoofer (considering the Edifier T5s)
I’ve already started building my collection with artists like:
The Doors
Queen
Johnny Cash
Elvis Presley
Led Zeppelin
ZZ Top
Boston (still hunting for a good copy!)
Neil Diamond
I’ve also been cleaning every used record before playing it and replacing inner sleeves whenever needed.
So far I’m really impressed with the AT-LP120X and the Edifiers, although I do feel like the system could use a little more low-end, which is why I’m considering adding the T5s.
I’d love to hear your thoughts:
What would you upgrade first?
Is the Edifier T5s a good match for the R1700BTs?
Any placement suggestions for the speakers or subwoofer?
Any must-have classic rock or country records I should look for?
This hobby is becoming addictive much faster than I expected!
Thanks for any advice
