I have no prior experience in biking never rode one is cb a good starting point

I am getting a bike and i have no previous experience riding a bike will cb350 rs be good

I am around 5’7 and 58 kg. I dont have any prior experience in bikes but i drive honda activa. I live in a hill station where roads are curvier,small with traffic. Will gt be too much or can i manage it
