Large follicle 29 mm

Hi everyone, I took letrozole from CD3-7 and went for an ultrasound on CD13, follicle was too large around 29mm and endometrial line was 11 mm. Doctor gave me trigger and asked to try for two days. My LH test was negative. After 3 days doctor gave me progesterone to eat.
I read on internet that 29mm is too large and not optimal for pregnancy, I wonder why doctor suggested me the trigger if this cycle is not good.
I have also taken multiple letrozole previously for CD5-7 (1 miscarriage) and it never reached to this big. Any suggestions or success?

Less period flow

Hi, I am 31 PCOS, TTC since 1.5 years. Does anyone experienced less period flow, like no full pad in one day, sometimes random flow in 1-2 times a day and then most of the time, just spotting. In follicular monitoring my endo line was around 12 mm but still my periods flow is way too less.

Going for IVF - clueless

Hello Everyone! I just turned 31 yesterday, have PCOS and TTC since 1.5 years. My periods are irregular since 3 years (50-60 days). I tried Leterozole 2.5 mg for 6 cycles last year, and in December I conceived but since it was a weak pregnancy, I had D&C around 2 months.

I consulted with another doctor and she said that I might try Leterozole for 6 more months with higher dose, my previous doctor did not increase the dose due to Endometrial line. Also I gained almost 4-5 kgs after my surgery, may be because of harmonal imbalance. My periods are still irregular.

I am going for a IVF consultation today without any clue. Please suggest me if you know how to prepare for IVF or what questions or tests I can ask to the doctor for maximize my chances. Thanks!
