Offer for loan broker (EU)

So my jam is setting solopreneurs or sme business up for succes by helping them put in place some basic processes in terms of vision, finance and operations. I typically look for a couple of things:

* does the prospect have a scalable product (almost always service b2b).
* can their sales/marketing setup and approach be optimised/expanded.
* what operational clarity needs to be brought in order to scale.

It mixes having the right people and structure in place. I find those people and make sure they follow the processes I create that the business owner validate.

How would you structure a grand slam offer to help the following client: I have a loan broker that has a front door offer of a 1k audit that funnels into loans for real estates products which makes about 1% of the loan amount. It has a continuity offer in the sense that the broker hopes other loans are also done though him. The client is always a solopreneur and sometimes higher income white collars.

Referral vertical: real estate developers, some training institution.

How would you tackle this?

What are the boundaries of client relations?

So I work as a self employed consultant for a b2b consultancy client in HR services and over time I have built working relationships with HRD and C-level alike with regards to some specific HR trainings that the b2b business provides.

Now I also started with another client in financial trainings. The ideal customer is the same.

I do not have any contractual obligations the limit me at the first client but I do not want to create any problems.

Can I contact the working relations? Wont my first client see this as a problem, although its a completely different niche of training?

Achilles tendinopathy and tear

So 8ish months ago I did my usually marathon training block as I did for the last 3 years and I probably made the big error of running my 4 trainings back to back monday to thursday. I had some pain in my heel the following week. A couple of months later after my (succesfull, pain free) marathon in the next training block the pain came back fast. After 3 months of low volume training I did a scan and it showed a achilles tendinopathy and a rupture (fissure) of about 1 centimeter.

I am 2 months down the road after the scan and had a prp treatment and combining this with physiotherapy 2 times a week. I stopped running altogether and I only bile a bit.

It is my first injury and I am feeling a bit lost as I do not currently see any positive evolution. Is there anyone who had the same type of injury? Were you able to pick up running again?
