22M, 5’8, 127LBs, Mini-cutting - Do I Stop?

4 years lifting. History: 160→134 (first cut) →150 (year-long lean bulk)→ sat at ~140 for 2 years (college, inconsistent eating, no real surplus) → 127 today.

Photos are May 24 (137lb) vs today (127lb). Waist is visibly tighter, but arm/shoulder size looks like I kept the muscle on, plus my strength has stayed the same if not increased!

Now, where MacroFactor fits in: given the photos, is 127lb too low to be second guessing more cutting, or could there realistically still be more fat worth chasing before bulking? And does 2 years of near-flat bodyweight sound like a surplus problem or something else? And since I am light, but have a decent amount of years under my buckle, what should I set my caloric surplus to be on the app? Blunt takes welcome.

EDIT: As of July 3rd, 2026 - I've heard the feedback and will be stopping the cut. Hopefully I can come back here after about a 6mo-1year of slow gaining with hard training to show better results.

Nutrition approach for those with city, 9-5 jobs

I am looking for some advice, and guessing off how I have seen this asked a lot on TikTok, is a common question, so I hope this helps others!

I am transitioning to a 9-5, corporate job in a new big city - how have others been able to track their nutrition without going off the rails? I can definitely weigh myself daily and get a trending average, but what methods do people use to stay on track with their nutrition? Their is definitely tracking using a food scale to the gram, which I have been doing during college... but at my previous internship, I got lunch during work at your average "sclop" bowl place like chipotle, etc. How do those meals get tracked when the scoops have so much variance in their portioning?

Any tips on top of how other's continue their physique goals is appreciated!

ASUS TUF GAMING b550-PLUS WIFI 2 Realtek WiFi Driver Not Showing

Hi. I have recently followed the steps found from a similar post, link here, and have tried downloading the 8852BE drivers, but to no avail. I only have the Family controller, which luckily allows me to use my ethernet cable, but what is causing me to not have WiFi? My drivers look identical to the top image here outside of the 8852BE drivers.

My antenna is also not attached. Could that be the issue?
