What's the best value PA amplifier available in Qatar right now?

Hi all,

I'm comparing options for a PA system and would love to hear from anyone who's purchased one locally.

Key requirements:

- At least 100W+ power

- Multiple mic inputs (3 preferred)

- Bluetooth support

Zone control would be a bonus

I found the Secuview 150W PA amplifier for 1,150 QAR which seems competitive compared to importing. It has 3 mic inputs, Bluetooth 5.0, and 4-zone management.

For those who've bought audio equipment in Qatar - is it better to go local or import? Any brands you'd recommend or avoid?

Appreciate any insights!

Secuview smart door lock with Home Assistant — anyone tried it?

I’m looking at the Secuview smart lock and wondering how well it works with Home Assistant. Does it have useful features like app control, fingerprint, PIN code, RFID card, and auto-lock? Also, is it easy to use every day?

I'm looking for responses..

Guys, anyone know how to configure the Secuview AX1800 Wi‑Fi 6 Access Point? I got one and I don’t know where to start. Do I just plug it in and use the app, or do I need to log in and set it up first?

Hi everyone, I’m looking into setting up some smart home/security cameras for my villa and came across Secuview. I’ve seen their ads around, but I’m a bit hesitant to pull the trigger without hearing from someone who has actually used them locally.

Hey everyone, I'm kinda new to networking stuff and I need help. I got this smart PoE switch and on it there are two buttons: one says "Standard" and the other says "VLAN". I don't really know what they do.

If I press the VLAN button, does that mean the device plugged into that port can't talk to other devices? Or does it just put it in a different group or something? And if I switch back to Standard, will everything go back to normal? Will it break the internet or anything?

Also:

  • Do I need to configure VLANs somewhere else (like in a router) or does the button do everything?
  • Is there any risk of messing things up if I keep switching them?

Sorry if this is dumb, I'm just trying not to mess up my home network. Thanks a lot!

Hey everyone — I’m 15 and trying to set up a small CCTV system to help keep my neighborhood safer (with permission from my parents and homeowners). I’m confused about whether to use an NVR or a DVR

A few details:

  • I’m on a budget (tight pocket money).
  • I want decent daytime and nighttime footage for recording license plates if possible.
  • I’d like something reasonably easy to install and manage.
  • My parents say I can run cables around our property and use Wi‑Fi if needed.
  • I’ll only use cameras in public-facing areas with clear permission; no spying.
