RSV in schools

I need a rant because I can’t on FB as my town isn’t big and people will know who I am.
I don’t know how hard it is to not send your kids to school when they are sick!
My 3year old caught rsv from his Kindergarten because I family took their kids to kindy knowing they were sick. The virus went all through the house and when my 1 year old premie got it he was hit hard.
He went down hill quickly and I rushed him to hospital. As soon as we got there his limbs were grey and he was hardly conscious. They rushed him in and were struggling to get him stable. After testing they told me that he was in septic shock. After an Xray they found pneumonia in his lung. He was sent to another hospital in another town with better care. It was scary and long but after a few days he is better and getting their. My 3 year old now has croup as well.
I am beyond mad at whoever parent did this. I do t care if I sound selfish but another child’s life is more important than bothering someone for baby sitting or just taking a day off work. And yes companies should be more accepting of parents needs.
I am still shaking from this when I talk
About it. My 1 year old was so close to not being with us and I am not okay.

Snacks!

Hey everyone!
I posted a couple weeks ago about investigating celiac and waiting for results. I am now starting a gluten free diet (yay for progress!).
I need some ideas for snacks(home made preferably) and also needs to be low sugar (I had gastric bypass so I cannot really eat sugar or high fats) I’ve been researching and so far the best thing I have found is banana egg pancakes. Also I live in Australia and oats here are not all gluten free so I am trying to source some!

Thank you in advance you guys have already helped so much!

Investigating coeliac

Hi all!
I don’t have anyone I know with coeliac so I need advice. I’ve been having stomach issues since my second baby (now 3 years old) was born. I don’t get severe pain but I get cramping, diarrhoea sometimes, constipated I get severe pain in my TMI exit… during bad episodes. the next as well always being bloated. I also have develop dermatitis I never found the trigger. Finally went to the doctor about it (late I know) and he did a celiac test as well as a test for crohns and other bowel disorders. The gluten test was a blood test and it split into two tests (something to do with different proteins I think) and one of them came up positive but the other negative. Doctor said I need to test again and also to wait for the bowel test to know but he said it is possible “silent coeliac?” I googled it and am getting mixed answers so please tell me what is silent Ceoliac and that does it actually happen?

Thuds

Been having thudding feelings since yesterday, did have a bad spin of gastro a week ago and BP dropped to 70/30. I feel fine now apart from this feeling. Should I be worried?
