Suggestions for 9th grade à la carte or all-in-one curriculums I can print or purchase printe

Hello! I am not new to homeschooling but we have mainly done more unschooling, experiential learning with some work books thrown in there. My children have done great with this so far, but my oldest so will be entering 9th grade this year and wants something more structured and college-prep in nature. I do not want a curriculum where he will have to sit in front of a computer all day. I would prefer books and printed out resources. I am thinking his main courses would be Algebra I, World History & Geography, Physical/Earth Science, some sort of literature and composition, Spanish, and Health and PE for a total of 6 credits. Would love some suggestions of printed or printable curriculums for these subjects! Thank you so much!

Looking for a good home inspector

I am purchasing a home in Fort Myers. My realtor suggested a home inspector, but I'm also looking for some other recommendations. I would like a very thorough home inspector. The area has obviously had hurricane damage so I would like a home inspector that is well-versed in mold/water damage. Thank you!

Freezer only cooling to temp with air circulation around unit

I have a Kitchenaid French door refrigerator with freezer on the bottom (KRFC300ESS01). It is about 9 years old. Recently, I've noticed that when the freezer door is left open and the temperature rises (usually up to 2 or 3 degrees from O degree baseline), it will not lower back down to 0 on its own. The only thing that will get it to lower back to 0 is pulling the freezer out from its cabinet cubby so that the air circulate around the entire refrigerator. If I do that, it lowers back to zero pretty rapidly. A few key things to note:

- house is kept around 75 degrees
- refrigerator has no issue in cooling to temperature when temperature in refrigerator rises at all. This is solely a freezer issue
- we have done a defrost, unplugged for a period of time, and vacuumed all of the vents and condenser coils (they were pretty dusty)
- don't really see ice buildup anywhere, no leaking
- an easy fix would be to make sure freezer is closed at all times but with four children that is next to impossible
- if freezer is left closed, it has no issue staying at O degrees when pushed into cabinet cubby. It is only when temperature goes up at all from the door being open.

We would probably just replace at this point vs paying several hundred dollars to repair a refrigerator this old. Plus, it is technically "working", but is just kind of a pain to have to pull it out of the cabinet regularly.
Anything else you could suggest to troubleshoot or fix this? Any thoughts on what is causing it? Thank you so much!!!
