I was asked to post my retirement route. Here it is!

To celebrate my first day of retirement and to cool off from the oppressive heat, I rode north into the foothills of southern Tennessee for a lot of twisties that took me through Lynchburg, Tims Ford, Winchester, and Sewanee (where this photo was taken on the campus of the University of the South) before heading back home via Scottsboro, Alabama.

Leaving the house at 6AM, it was five hours well spent.

My wife notified me that a new mural had gone up in town, so yesterday I stopped by for a photo for my album of "Motos & Murals".
