Fiio FT1 vs Focal Azurys, quick and dirty impression

Both are relatively recent dynamic closed backs, with the FT1 being a lot more popular though, of course. The FT1 is also significantly cheaper.

Comfort-wise, the Fiio has less clamping pressure and bigger pad openings. The Azurys is more portable because it's more compact, has a single side entry cable and the cups rotate flat. Isolation is similar.

These two headphones are very similar in character and both are easy to drive. The main difference is that the FT1 has more subbass rumble whereas the Azurys puts a noticably stronger emphasis on voices (mids). Thus the Azurys may sound more "refined" to many people, whereas the FT1 is more "fun". I don't see any clearly superior, it's a matter of preference. The Fiio clearly wins in the price/performance ratio.

Women's dating "issues"

If you think about it, women's dating "issues" only make sense if you presume that an absurd amount of men are compulsive liars, weird perverts, vicious misogynists and/or disgusting slobs.

To any normal person, this should sound like arrogance, delusion and bigotry. But somehow women really convinced everyone of this stupid shit.

I'm gonna be honest, one major reason why the mere thought of an open relationship, polyamory etc. is so off-putting to me is that there's massive power imbalance between men and women in that regard. If I were to open my regular relationship, my girlfriend or wife would have a significantly easier time finding new men to sleep with, whereas I, as an average to below average man, will struggle immensely.

So, I wanted to ask how men in such situations think about it. Do you just deal with it? Do you and your partner put some quantitative limits on her to mitigate the power gap? Or are you so attractive that you also find new women easily?
