So close yet so far! (Completing a shiny dex)

Shiny Dex Trade

I'm not keeping shinies, so touch trades are fine! I just want my pokedex shiny, anything in the first picture is to trade, all the dex pages are what I need.

If you had a shiny beldum or any other rare shinies I gave a shiny gengar, shiny noivern, and shiny f meowstic we can take as well. The Meowstic is very special to me tho so I may not trade it.

Job interview help

My grandma has been telling me I need more personality when I dress for an interview. I normally just where a black shirt and jeans, and she always says to wear a dress, or to get something with color in there (the jeans are blue). Should I wear something to make me stand out more? Or is there something else I might be doing wrong during the interview?

I guess just general dressing advice and what to ask/say while I'm there. I don't want to keep messing this up. Thanks.

Edit: I am 23, and it's a little cafe. I'm gonna wear a dress, leggings, and a smile (with appropriate shoes). Thanks everyone, and sorry for not being so clear at first. I'm just really anxious. But you guys nailed it, even better than my grandma did. It's the jeans.

I bought a skirt

As the title reads, I bought a skirt today. I'm afab and I feel like I'm overreacting to something my grandma said. She knows I'm NB but still calls me she/her, and deadnames me constantly. I know she tries sometimes but it just hurts. Today, when I came home and showed her everything I bought, she singled out the skirt. "Oh does this mean your becoming a girl again?"

I was talking about it with my sister, and she just kinda shrugged and went "Well are you?"

It feels like no one actually believes I'm actually NB because I'm very femme. It's very hard not to be femme when you have D cups.

I'm just tired of defending who I am, and no one listening. Sorry about my TED Talk being depressing.
