I remember watching TCW and it really felt like Anakin was the only Jedi Knight we ever encountered. Everyone else seemed to be at the rank of master or sometimes padawan. The only other knight that we were introduced, that I can remember, was Nadar — Kit Fisto's former padawan who was killed by Grevious.

I wonder if this was an intentional by Filioni to show that Anakin was amongst various masters and was equally, if not more, skilled as any of them yet he didn't have the rank of the master — which would perhaps further justify or explain his rage at not being granted the rank of master during ROTS beyond the reasons he gave

So in Episode 3, Maul claims that he didn't know Devon's name, but by the end of their short duel he calls her by it. Was he just lying the whole time and knew it earlier? When did he find out her name?
