Some flooding in "pasture" section of lawn.

I have a section next to my house that is getting a lot of run off from the sprinkler system, also when it rains the water will accumulate there. I had a few drainage companies out and they all seem unsure what to do, they mentioned sump pump basin, drainage fields, drainage pits, filling with dirt etc.

I would ask a question because I wasn't understanding what they were saying and then they would say it wouldn't work and then propose something new. Any ideas what I should be doing here? There is a drainage ditch nearby.

Stucco disaster ... not sure what my next move should be ....

I posted the other day, but thought I would post some better photos of the current situation. The builder agreed to put on a mesh and cover all the cracks and his home depot team made worse.

I found a stucco guy with a lot of experience and he told me its already too thick at the edges by the black reveals, and the only way he could fix this is to "fill reveals with acryl 60 fortified type S mortar" and then apply a mesh embedded polymer cement base coat, and color matched synthetic stucco."

I got some feedback the other day that the filled reveals will definitely start cracking in the future if he did this. I asked the guy and he said he felt confident because he has seen walls much larger with no expansion joints that never cracked. If I do not do this I am not sure what other options I have to make this better. So just not sure what to do.

Stucco indecision ... I had some cracking in the stucco on a new construction house (no mesh)

The builder offered to re-do it with mesh for what seemed like a great price ... the work they did was pretty awful. So I found a stucco guy that could re-do it again but he said the expansion joints need to be filled and stucco'd over because the panels are already too thick at the edges. I can't decide if I should re-do it or just live with the sub-par stucco. I should note the first photo is before they re-did the stucco when it still looked good. The 2nd photo is a mockup without the black expansion joints. Thx.

My 14 year old Stage 3 indoor girl caught the first mouse of her life last night. She still got it!

I assumed it was one of her toys and had a heart attack when I went to pick it up. Then I looked over at her and she was strutting like a peacock all proud of herself.

I was just wondering ... for those that give Mirtazapine to their kitties, what dosage and frequency do you give it?

I give my girl around 1.4mg orally every 3 days. If I push it to 4 days she usually stops eating and then I regret pushing it. I was curious what other people do.

In Lutron Designer ... has anyone gotten the error "Syncing was incomplete. Some error occurred while reading the database." when activating light switches through the app and then doing "Get Device Status"

Called Lutron Support and the guy had no clue what he was doing. Ive been trying everything to get around this for a day. I have factory reset all the switches I am trying to activate. Re-synced ... loaded old files with only a single device. No matter what I do once I activate a device via the app, I can never get the status back into the software.

Pro Tip: Use a ginormous water bowl to get your kitty to consume more water. The large bowl avoids whisker fatigue. Someone advised me to try it, and it has been a big success.

It's not exact, but it has been working well for me and Molly.

I grind a 30mg Mirtazapine and mix into 2 pill pockets and divide into 20+ doses. I let them airdry and then give her one every 3 days. I wrap it in a bacon flavored pill wrap that she likes, mixed in with a few greenies so she barely notices she eats it.

Keeps her eating, and also much less vomiting. Only downside is she gets insanely hungry for the first few hours after taking it.

Curious to get an opinion on this. I tend to over think this stuff ...

My girl has been doing well since the stage 3 diagnosis 7 months ago. I have a daily routine of phos binder, porus one ... and every 3 days I give her 1.4mg of oral mirtazapine to keep her eating. I also notice the mirtaz stopped her from vomiting because when I go 4 days she would usually puke.

Recently she started not eating after a day and I thought her condition was worsening ... so as a test I bought her a new food ... and holy cow she is now eating non-stop every meal. So I want to push the mirtaz out to 4 or 5 days but I am pretty sure she will start puking so I am not sure what the right thing to do is. She doesn't appear to need it for eating after 3 days.

Thanks for the advice the other night with the turtle at my front door. I texted the lawn service to not run over her, and they sent me 2 photos of the turtle at the neighbors house. She gets around.

My question is can I hire someone else to put another layer on top of this to try and get a professional looking finish? Or is there a limit to how many times they can apply a new mesh layer and stucco?
