I was trying to check in on the app for my flight tomorrow and it kept giving me an error that read "Invalid Frontier Miles Number." I double checked to make sure my miles number was the same on Frontier and Barclays, and they were. I also logged out of the app and cleared the cashe. Still got the error code. Finally, their chat bot sent me a link to check in on my laptop, so I'm good for getting to my destination, but I don't want actually live there. Any idea what this message means and why I kept getting this error message, even after confirming my numbers were correct across different accounts?
