I have shortlisted both Atomberg and Native M1 not the pro as it only misses out on battery nd app connectivity.

Will it affect the severance pay during the exit when HR asks me drop papers if I don't get any project?
Hey all I got released from the project and my last year rating is 4.
I have few doubts
In TMP it shows ADP policy exempted and release status as VCDP. They have tagged me to a skilling program daily I have training and what will happen if I don't pass the exit exam?
Because I'm staying here for the five or three months severance pay and get exit.
What will they do I reject the opportunities I get because they say they are documenting the reason.
Only concern is I should not get terminated.
