Im crying all day honestly

i got rhinoplasty where i live in czech republic (couldnt afford going to turkey or anywhere else).. i had a nasal valve collapse and a nose tip that was wide and bulbous that i hated and i also had tiny assymetrical nostrils..

Im 33 days post op and im seeing NO difference. In either of those. If anything my collapse, nostrils and nose width is worse. :/ will it still change dramatically? Cause im starting to doubt it..

What do you guys think?:) im getting it done in 10 days or so. Its my current kitten barnabus, and my lovely kitten that unfortunately passed away, which broke my heart. And there is also mew, since cats very much remind me of him and i love pokemon:)

To be transparent, i had:

Left my toxic family and school, perhaps most importantly

Medical grade skin care (20% azaleic acid and tretinoin)

Invisalign (still ongoing)

A nose surgery for valve collapse and tip thinning (only a month ago)

Radiesse in cheeks for volume loss

1,3ml in lips of Stylage M (mostly lower lip)

Microblading of eyebrows

Stylage M in chin shadow

I know many are against treatments, but I do stand behind them as it helped me feel happier about my appearance, and also helped me to look a little less like my toxic father. So Id like to preach kindness and empathy before judgement 💟

Any GENUINELY WELL WORKING TRIED AND TESTED advice would really help!

So I dont know if im tripping but the past year or two i started having this weird pulling sensation in my right marionette line area, and when i squeeze the area it hurts a lot, much more than the other side. It also looks a little more "saggy" on this side and there is a little indent. I naturally thought its just aging as i turned 27 recently, so i tried to mask the area with filler but it didnt help. Now ive noticed the area looks somewhat blueish? Not sure if im seeing it right, i tried to bring down the contrast in the picture to make it more noticeable

The thing is im from a country where dermatology sucks and it feels like there really isnt anybody who can give me an actual answer, everyone says something else. Please let me know if you have an idea :)
