Follicles not growing

I have low AMH and high FSH, and my AFC is usually only 1–3 whenever I go in for monitoring. The follicles tend to stay very small (usually under 5mm on ultrasound) and produce very little estrogen, often under 20. When I go back for ultrasound- the follicles sometimes drop off or new ones are emerging.

I’m struggling to understand how to help these follicles become more hormonally active. It feels like the follicles are “lagging” and not progressing normally.

Has anyone else experienced this issue with tiny, slow-growing follicles and low estrogen output? If so, did anything help improve follicle growth or activity?

Has anyone had success with POI with Clomid?

I have POI- wondering if anyone had success using Estrace as priming and clomid. I have afc 1-2 at baseline, but follicles do not grow. Looking for advice to see if clomid or letrozole would be a good option for me try.

Retirement planning help

Hi,

Need some help in advising some relatives on how to best navigate this situation.

Senior couple has been low income almost all their lives, they own a house that has appreciated and gained $800k in equity. This is their entire retirement balance.

They want to take this money and buy a townhouse for 1.3 million. The mortgage on this property is 1 million. So monthly mortgage is $7600 and one unit is rented so total cost is $6000.

They want to invest the $800k in the market with 10% return (80k ) and put it towards the new mortgage.

The goal is to:
invest the remaining $800,000,
generate income to help cover the mortgage payments,
allow the principal to continue growing over time,
and keep taxable income relatively low in order to avoid higher Medicare IRMAA premiums.

Or they can put the 800k into the new proper and have less mortgage payment.

What are some things to do so they can qualify for Medicare and keep the premiums low? Can they for example , put the brokerage account in a trust or business so they can lower the tax bracket or show that they are paying off the debt ? What is the best way forward here.
