I’ve been resetting for shiny regi’s on UM and it’s taking forever. Seeing that Pokemon bank support is ending soon, I was thinking of hacking in a shiny charm just to increase the odds as opposed to actually hacking in a shiny regi. Would a shiny Pokemon caught with increased shiny rates from a hacked shiny charm be considered illegal? I’m intending to put those shiny Pokemon onto my Pokemon home.

We shipped a package for a regular customer at my store and UPS seized one of their packages. The problem is that we packed it for them and it’s just a hoodie that they sent out. What do I do now from this point on? Are we just short out of luck? The customer is obviously upset and we don’t know what to tell them

We have multiple reviews on our stores Google Maps page relating to issues about drivers and to issues about customers being mad that they can’t find our store. What’s the best way to go about removing these reviews?

We have 4 stores and it completely slipped the owners mind to take care of the quarterly certification for 3 of the stores. The deadline was yesterday on July 15th but now the option is not available. What do we do in this case? Do we just reach out to our local postmaster?

We recently changed our Fortinet device in one of our stores as per the instructions of corporate and now our Fiery doesn’t want to connect to our computers nor does the Fiery icon show up on our printers home screen. Has anyone else ever had this issue happen to them before? It’s driving me crazy

I’m just curious if competitors have received their rk9 links to register themselves and their guests or if that’s still pending. This is my first time buying a spectator pass off a competitor so I wanna make sure I’m not getting scammed lol. Are competitors also able to provide emails for their registered spectators so that they can pick up their badges on their own without meeting up with the competitor in person? Thanks in advance.

4th of July falls on a Saturday which means we’re closed, but is corporate gonna allow us to be closed the following day on Sunday? 3 out of our 4 stores are all supposed to be open on Sunday, but I feel like it would be silly to be closed on Saturday but open Sunday

At the time of making this post it is June 11th, 2026. I signed up for the multi-day interest list the day it went live and I have yet to get an email for it. Are they still sending out emails to sign up? I know they released the interest list for single day passes but I really wanted the multi-day pass some and my wife can go.

I really wanted to go to NAIC this year but unfortunately I was not able to and literally all I want from the NAIC Pokemon Center is the play mat, deck box, and dice box (specifically the plastic dice box and not the special coin and dice set) but I have no idea what limits usually look like on those items. If anyone can give me some insight I would greatly appreciate it to see if maybe I can ask a friend or something to snag me some stuff 🙏

I live in a fourplex, occupying just one unit with just my wife and our solid waste charges are super high. The last bill I received was for 2/19/26 - 4/16/26 and our solid waste charges were $103.01. I know the fee’s were increased all across the board, but that price still feels ridiculous for just one couple with no kids. Is there anyway I can make it cheaper? We have multiple 64 gallon garbage and recycling bins at our fourplex and all the tenants here just kind of throw their stuff away into any bin, but I’m not sure if the city can somehow calculate how much waste there is in a specific bin or if certain bins are for specific units. And if so, should I find out from the city which bins are for my unit and use only those?
