Making my own Subliminals?

Making my own Subliminals?

I want to start making my own subliminals because I’ve noticed that many people say they’re much more effective when you use your own voice. I wanted to ask which app is best for recording them, and what language I should use. I speak three languages, but I’m not sure if the language matters for subliminals.
Also, what kind of affirmations should I use? Should they be in the present tense and in the first person? Are there any other types of affirmations or techniques that could make them more effective?

If you have any other tips or advice, I’d be happy if you shared them in the comments!

my cpu is very hot help please

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some help with my PC. My i9-14900K is constantly hitting 100°C while gaming (even in light games like Roblox), while my GPU stays at a normal 60°C.
My Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i9-14900K
Cooler: Thermaltake TH240 V2 Ultra (240mm AIO)
Case: NZXT H9 Elite
Motherboard: ASRock Z790 Phantom Gaming WiFi 7
by the way, I also changed my thermal paste two weeks ago!

Looking for professional opinions.

Can someone tell me how I can achieve the color in the second photo from my current color in the first photo?
I’m honestly done with going to hair salons and spending €200+ only to leave with results I didn’t ask for. My stylist bleached my hair and then dyed it, but instead of the cool ash-brown color from the inspiration photo, I ended up with a much warmer reddish/copper brown.
I’d like to fix it myself at home. Do I need to lighten it further, or can I achieve the second photo with toner or dye alone? If anyone has product recommendations, formulas, or experience going from a warm red-brown to a cool smoky ash-brown, I’d really appreciate the help.

Hi everyone,
I am very new to computers and don't really have any experience with hardware, so please bear with me! I recently got this pc, but I'm having one frustrating problem: I can't change the image on my liquid cooler screen.

The screen on the pump is working it currently shows "34°C Liquid" so I know it has power. However, it does not show up at all in the NZXT CAM software, and I can't see it in my Windows Device Manager. Because of this, I can't customize the screen or change the "Liquid" image to anything else.

Please help me out!
