Career Headache, what now?

I asked my deck what path in my career would most fulfill me. I got the 5 of Pentacles, The Wheel, and the Queen of Wands.

I've been wanting to quit my job just because its not a good fit for me, but I've been hesitating because in perfect world, I'd like a safety net. I have a second job but it's commission based and has been completely dead the last few weeks.

Part of me feels like it's saying that my best bet is quitting cold turkey. But maybe that it's not the time for that yet? Ultimately I know I thrive driving my own ship, and not being under management. But I'm not in a space where it's comfy at all to just quit.

PS. No I'm not going to make career decisions based off my cards, I just wanted some additional guidance to see potential pathways.

Deck is the Gustave Doré Tarot

Wood Burning Utensils?

I bought an ArtSkills wood burning set. I didn't have high hopes to begin with because it is a really cheap dinky set. But I just tried it, and everything was fine, but it has exchangeable tips, and as I was using it, the tip began to unscrew. I would tighten it. But the hotter it got, the quicker it unscrewed. So I don't feel safe using it 😅

Does anyone have any suggestions for tools that won't break the bank but work well (ones with safety features would be appreciated!)

Awkward Hair length. What to do?

I cut my hair into a short pixie before Christmas. And it's kind of awkward right now. I can't really put it up, and I'm afraid to cut it to even it out because I don't want it to turn into a really short Bob. I'm not displeased with how it looks, but I don't really know how to style it or cut it in the midst of waiting for it to grow out.

Some extra information, I have virgin hair and I think i have a 1B hair type?

Thoughts?
