To those with multiple e-readers

I see a lot of posts here listing all the various e-readers you own. I'm curious. Do you ly use one of them while the others sit in a drawer? Do you use all of them and sync your books to each one or keep different books in different devices?

Lidia Bastianich

I have an opportunity to pick from a friend's Lidia cookbooks. I know there are mixed reviews about her in general, but for those of you who like her books, which is a favorite for simple-ish recipes? I live in a rural area and some ingredients are hard to find.

Why Book trackers

Goodreads, Fable, Storygraph, Hardcover... To name a few. Is there really any difference between these? I can see looking for suggestions or reading reviews, but heck, I can do that on Reddit! Would love to hear how tracking your reading has benefited you. Have you made IRL friends?

Hate this thing

What am missing? As I age and my eyes get tired, I thought reading ebooks would be so much easier. I bought the Go and perhaps I'm doing something wrong, but is the worst thing ever. It's slow and clunky. Awkward to hold.

Freezes. Too many apps. I just want to open a library book that I downloaded.

Any advice for a extreme newbie ELI5 to get the joy from it that you all do? Only a few days until I can return it.

Bought at on online auction site for $300 a "Broyhill Brasilla" dining table with 4 chairs and 3 leaves. When I picked it up, I was disappointed to see that the table base looks different, the chair backs are not a solid piece of wood, and there are no markings on the bottom. All sales final. Auction company said they ID'd it with Google image search. Ugh.
