My initial idea is obviously give him better base atk inline with today's dpses, and ascention stat to crit rate,

Eskill changed to a fixed duration and fixed cooldown

Renoved ruptide flash, but riptide slash can be triggered by an ally while offeild (basically nahida marks)

A1 is changed to "each point of atk increases the multiplier of riptide slash up to 2000 atk" then each 100 atk after 2000 reduced the cooldown of riptide slash by 0.2 second capting at 2500. This basically encourages him on that atk goblet build, and his riptide slash be triggeres wvery 0.5 second"

A4 will be: depending on the reaction triggered, he grants a teamwifr buff depending on the teamate

Freeze with skirk: each 5 triggers of riptide grants 1 void rift, and does coordinated attack with her as an afterimage like nicole

Echarge: if hes onfeild, each trigger of echarge will deal an extra electro damage to all allies with reiptide marks at the same multiplier as the hydro one, but does not apply electro

Basically the idea is if freeze with skirk he can be offeild, while echarge for his delusion
