At least it shows remaining cups .. .

Thought I had to create a new Excel workbook and track how many I ordered on this/that day, in relation to restart date, to figure out how many cups I have left, since they messed us up with the Limited Sip Club downgrade.

Feeler: Tenant-Occupied Unit (NJ)

Looking to reduce portfolio due to moving overseas; just trying to get a feel here, if anyone would be interested in buying my 1 bed, 1 bathroom condo-unit in Bergen County, NJ.

Unit is tenant-occupied for another 11 months, rental-demand remains elevated in the area and only 40 minutes in to NYC via express NJT Bus-stop across the street. Unit cash-flows from day 1, and of course, the tenant’s deposit will transfer. Unit comes with 1 deeded parking-spot, 1 assigned parking with easy highway access (46, 80, I-95) and central to amenities (Costco, Walmart, restaurants, etc)

Aware I can retain ownership even when overseas, however not looking to manage properties anymore, just retire and enjoy what time we have left.

Thoughts/comments/suggestions?

$1.50 Hot Dog model .. just saying.

Panera Corporate, can learn a thing or two from Costco’s Client/Customer retention model, and by that - I mean the $1.50 hot dog model. I get as an enterprise, as a business - we need to get people through the door to spend, which will help drive revenue. Totally get it

One way to do that (IMHO) - is to just leave the USC Model alone. It’s a proven strategy that gets people walking in, has built up loyalty, and spending more. Heck - I’ve become a dedicated customer, not just grabbing a USC drink, but adding a san, a YP2 or other things that gets me spending all week and through out the US when I travel, and wanting to “level-up” to get rewards in return.

Panera - you got what you wanted from us, and I’m sure thousands of others. Was the change really needed? Was USC such a harmful loss model, or a loss-leader that this change to the USC was needed? I’d wish you (Panera), would leave the USC as-is, because the strategy alone has built-up a committed, loyal base that comes in AND SPENDS - why risk throwing it away? To recapture losses in the current USC state? The current state is working as intended, and gets us walking in and spending. Now you have dedicated customers cutting active subs, and now you’re losing potential revenue - which goes against isn’t your 2028 “Panera RISE” strat.

Is this all worth it?

Got this on the i4 Touchscreen this morning

Just poking fun on the surprise message that popped up, and specifically on the Neue Klasse new X5 😂 - warning, I dropped some unnecessary feedback, hope it puts a smile on your face

Edit: corrected per feedback, thanks for clarifying!

May Review

For May, mostly local roads/drive to my office 4 miles from home and back, with an occasional 10 minute highway drive on the weekends.

She’s mine 🥰

She got delivered to me in March, but only posting this now.

Love the 4-door coupe styling, I had to pull over today to just take a picture of her LOL 😂 - what a beaut!

So I noticed earlier when I topped off ammo during the mission (because I wanted to replenish wasted ammo in free-roam) - explosives got added to the weapon wheel.

Decided to see if I could replicate it again and sure enough (at a cost of over $80K) - explosives got added again.

Video starts off showing what’s available by default, to the point I topped-off the ammo, and you can then see the explosives being available.
