ISO a Specific Teddy Bear
I’m trying to find the teddy bear of my youth, and everyone says to ask Reddit, so here I am.
This is what I remember about it:
- Small (bigger than a Beanie Baby, smaller than a Care Bear)
- Pinkish-blonde
- Had either a red music note or a red heart embroidered on the front left
- Wind up on the back, silver - either played the typical Lullaby song, or Clair de Lune, but it sounded like a music box
- my mother said it was a gift when I was born (1984) but I’m not sure how true that is. She said my grandfather bought it at Sears for me.
- Its arms were up, as if they were sewn to stay that way. I could move them but they always went back up
I loved this bear so very much. I’ve searched for years, and cannot find it.
I would appreciate any help that anyone can offer.
(Also, I’m still searching for a picture of it somewhere. ETA unknown.)
