I should do retopology, right? (images included)
I created this model using cubes and extruding the vertices. I then used the multires modifier, and sculpted finer details on that. Shown here is the multires with sculpting and then the existing topology in edit mode. I want to animate and texture this model, so I should still retopologize even though I didn't create the model just by sculpting millions of vertices, right? I've heard that retopo can be helpful for mapping out areas of movement or just cleaning up the topology in general for animation.

My first sculpt and animation!
Decided to take a shot at modeling and animating without any lessons aside from YouTube tutorials because I’m impatient and broke! It’s a dilophosaurus scratching an itch before settling down for a nap. It’s also not colored or textured cause my Mac can’t handle it 🤪
