Do Terra scamming my uncle with cancer

My uncle is elderly. I don't think he went past 8th grade in school. When he was elementary school age he got St Louis encephalitis and once he got well, he was low IQ. He's had a hard life. He spent most of it homeless, not because of addiction or loss of job. He couldn't hold a job nor did he want to. He was just happy being a street musician. In late middle age we were able to convince him to move in with his mother in her trailer. He took care of her until she passed. The land (5 acres) and the trailer went to me, and for extra protection he has a life estate. So he can live there for the rest of his life without paying rent. He gets SSDI, but it's very little. I think 700/mo. His living conditions are deplorable. I've done what I can replacing his well, replacing his AC, tried to get his plumbing working. Even had adult services go down there.

About 6 months ago he was diagnosed with kidney cancer. Then 2 months ago bladder cancer.

Long story short, he is barely able to take care of himself. I live out of state and do what I can.

This DoTerra hun has been selling him oils promising they will cure his cancer. He believes in all kinds of conspiracy theories and weird diets, so he was an easy mark. He's broke. He's sick. But he is spending so much of his limited money on these oil cures. He's been dropping so much weight, and I don't know if it's the cancer or that he can't afford food. He's over 6 feet tall and 80 lbs.

I can't believe how evil this person must be scamming an old man with a brain injury and cancer.

He lives in Arkansas. Is there anything I can do?

Can you use your yard to stage for a commercial business in a residential neighborhood?

This is in unincorporated San Diego County. Our neighborhood has a weird lot, with part of the yard (it's about an acre) that is accessed through our street of residential homes. The house is on another street not in our neighborhood. They have an easement. The road is very tight and winding, and not maintained by the county as it's a private road.

When they bought the home, they started staging for their landscaping business on this lot. I think it might be Terra Bella because the semi trailers are the same color. So now a lot that was just a yard is now covered in huge piles of dirt, sand, rocks. Random trees in pots. It's an eyesore.

But the real problem, are the large trucks in and out all day, dumping loads of landscaping materials, the beeping from backing up all the time. Blocking our street, and putting significant wear on a road they don't pay to maintain.

Does anyone know what the regulations are? Why would Terra Bella be using a lot in our neighborhood for their piles of rocks and sand?

Shipment held up due to value discrepancy

Checking on my shipment from the sale before the 3/280 and I got this alert from FedEx (I'm in the USA):

"Shipment documentation indicates value discrepancy. Correct value of shipment is required.

Recommended action: Shipper or Importer must confirm or verify value of goods."

I emailed HoCB, but no response, and no change from Fedex either.

Any ideas how long it will take to clear this up?

Seller problems

I had a post asking for help with my transaction but it was removed and they told me to post on a buy sell trade? Which is not what my issue is.

So I guess I'll sum up. My PSP was a mess, and now she's asking for over 100USD to ship. I've used her for a long time. Is it time for a new seller?

Who has Zimmermann denim - 31 or 32?

I've been trying to find some Zimmermann denim pants/jeans in a 31 or 32 size. I can't find a rep who carries larger than like a 28. I have a post menopausal waist, so that's my life now. I'm a stick, not an hourglass.

If there is a petite length, that's even better.

I'm not new to reps so I'll research, if they're brand new to the game, I'll pass! Always looking for high quality reps, also.

I sent payment, but seller says they only got a partial payment?

I'm participating in a group buy through Provence. They gave me 2 totals, through Paypal, one for friends and family, and one through goods. I have purchased from them before, so I chose F&F. I got a message from them saying the payment they received was about 50 bucks short. When I log into my Paypal, it shows the amount I sent (correct), the fee (0), and the net (correct amount). How can I check if it went through as friends and family? Has anyone had this happen before?
