Looking for proper underground hard techno in Montreal

Hey everyone,

I'll be in Montreal soon and I'm looking to check out the city's underground hard techno scene.

I'm mainly into industrial techno and hardgroove. I'm not really interested in commercial clubs, EDM, or business techno.

I'm looking for warehouse parties, afterhours, underground venues, or collectives that regularly put on this kind of music

.

If you have any venue recommendations, collectives, or Instagram pages I should follow, I'd really appreciate it.

How to handle moving on from a friend [21F] after a month and a half of flirting, and what are the steps for a [22M] to avoid awkwardness in person?

I [22M] am looking for practical steps on how to distance myself from a friend, Sarah [21F], whom I had a situation with for about a month and a half.

We used to talk every day, there was a lot of flirting, and one night things felt like more than friendship. Later on, I told her how I felt. She admitted that she had feelings for me too, but she stated she didn't want to leave her boyfriend because she was still attached to him, despite their relationship being complicated.

Following that conversation, I felt like I was primarily providing emotional support while she remained in her relationship. Because I was hurt, I chose to cut contact abruptly.

A bit later, I reached out to apologize for how abruptly I handled the cutoff. She replied nicely, saying there was no issue and that we were still friends. However, since her reply, she has left my messages on read.

I want to respect her space and protect my own peace.

What are the most effective strategies to mentally detach and stop waiting for a response?

What specific, neutral behaviors can I use to keep interactions completely normal if we happen to cross paths in person?
