What could this condition on my back and shoulders be?

I’ve been getting these small red bumps all over my upper back and shoulders. Some of them look like they have a small white head, and they seem to be centered around the hair follicles.

I’m not sure if this is acne, folliculitis, fungal folliculitis, or something else.

A few details:

- Mostly on my upper back and shoulders

- There are quite a lot of them

- Some are red/inflamed

- I’m not sure whether sweating or friction is contributing

I’ve attached photos. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what this might be? I’m planning to see a dermatologist, but I’d appreciate some ideas about what it could be.

A White Guy tried to molest me

I've been to your city, it's such a nice place. I gave him compliments, too, socha he loved India, that's why he's saying that
He started grabbing my hand, rubbing his palm against my hand

He was asking me to have SEXXX with him, and he was forcing me to go to his room

I got out of the situation and couldn't breathe
Idk, I wanted to cry that time
Everyone is making fun of the situation, even Mummy bhi hasne lagi
I feel traumatised
