Looking for a high-dose Vitamin K2 (MK-4) in drop form. These aren’t available in India, so I have to import from the US (which is expensive).

I’ve narrowed it down to two options:

Thorne K2 MK4 drops

Healthnatura K2 MK4 drops

Both claim high doses in liquid form. From a pure efficacy / absorption / quality perspective, which one would you go with and why? Any experience with either (or better alternatives that ship internationally)?

I've struggled with constipation for a long time and wanted to share something that genuinely helped me. I started taking Haritaki, and it's been one of the few things that actually worked for me.

I'm considering buying the Solara Air Fryer Oven because it seems like a really good value for the capacity it offers. Compared to other air fryer ovens with similar capacity, it's significantly cheaper, and the overall ratings on Amazon seem quite positive.

However, I noticed that a few reviews mention a persistent burnt or plastic smell, even after the initial burn-in period. That has me a bit concerned.

For those who own or have used this oven, have you experienced the burnt/plastic smell? If yes, did it go away?
