Hi,
Please forgive me as I'm not sure how to start this but I wanted to ask a question. I have self harmed; and I wanted to know if this is something I need to confess to my spiritual father. In my mind it is because I have defaced something made in the image of God.

But I was not sure if this was something to bring up in confession or not.

I was drugged last night on a night out luckily nothing too serious happed because my friend got me home in time but the following morning I felt so helpless and embarrassed and disgusted I relapsed after 8 months clean. And started cutting again this morning. Has anyone else had the urge to sh after an experience like this. I feel like I'm going crazy.
